I wonder how many here are aware of the Freeman movement and commercial redemption?
It is a growing movement worldwide and is especially active in Canada, Australia and New Zealand and is becoming more widely known in my own country (UK).
I first came across the information the end of last year and since then I have delved ever more deeply into the subject and I feel it will be of interest to all sentient beings and especailly those that call themselves Thelemites.
Where do I start?
Its a vast topic and there is more and more new information surfacing daily. There are many websites and forums on the subject, some of which I will link at the bottom of the page but for now I will try and give a brief explanation, based on my current understanding of Freemanery and commercial redemption.
A good place to start is to ask yourselves (and your parents) why they registered your birth to a private corporation (government) thereby giving up ownership of you to the private corporporation (government).
This birth certificate is a bond that is kept with the treasury and is your contract with the goverment. You are an employee, or more acurately, a slave of the goverment. You are also collateral against government debt but I wont go into that here as that is a deep rabbit hole in itself.
Why are we born into a world we have to pay money to live in? That is not freedom.
Money has no value anway. They are debt notes. In my country, our cash notes say for example 'I promise to pay the barer the sum in demand of 20 pounds.' Its is an IOU. I 'promise' to pay the amount? What is the real value of a cash note? It has no value. 20 pounds of what? There is no substance against it. All the gold and silver is gone and has been gone since 1933. Since then the UK and the US and other contries have been operating in bankruptcy. We the people have become collateral against the debt.
When we are registered at birth by our parents, a legal fictional entity is created. It is known as a STRAWMAN. It is not you, the flesh and blood human being that should live free upon this planet.
The STRAWMAN is YOUR NAME all in CAPS. Your surname, and sometimes your first name is in ALL CAPS on your BC. Whenever you receive correspondance from official bodies or other corporations YOUR NAME is in all CAPS. Go and look at one of those letters now and see that it will be addressed to MR/MISS/MRS/MS. YOUR NAME.
That is not you. It is a legal fiction.
Again there is alot more to this that should be looked at in depth as most people in the westernised world believe the legal fiction, the STRAWMAN, to be them. It is not.
An interesting case came up recently in the UK about a single parent mother with 4 kids who had them taken away by social services. The same day one of the kids was brought back to the mother because the child did not have a birth certificate. They could not process the child as they did not own it.
The loan scam is a very intersting subject and effects nearly all of us in the western world. When we take out a loan, where does that 'money' come from? It comes from nowhere. They dont have a store of cash and
take out say $3000 to lend you on the promise that you will pay them back $3800 or more in interest. Every single penny, dollar or pound or whatever currency that is paid to banks or loan companies is profit for them. There is no loss on their part. They are thieves and are raping us all. They are also breaking the law of contracts by not bringing anything of substance to the table therebye making it an equal exchange between 2 parties. The mortgage scam is a particularly sick exercise in depriving all of humanity the common law right to settle where he wills and without hinderance.
Common law versus commercial law is another big can of worms and again is well worth looking into.
Common law is; Cause no harm, loss, damage, suffering or hinderance to another living soul. Do what you like as long as it does not effect anyone else in a negative way. Sound familiar?
Commercial law is very differant. It is based on statutes, acts and policies which are added to and changed daily. As we are registered as being 'owned' by the government we are told we are subject to these policies and statutes etc.
A good case in point but I dont want to go down this road too much, I just think it highlights the situation in a good way.
Legislation against the posession and consumption and cultivation of cannabis is a statute. Who says that it is against nature to smoke a herb that grows naturally upon this earth? The government do and they get their policy enforcers (police) to enforce the statutes they create and bust 1000's of innocent people for doing something they have a common law right to do.
The policy enforcers (police) and the government are breaking common law by doing this and they should be held accountable.
I want to make it clear that I am only using the case of the statutes relating to cannabis as an example as this covers everything, be it speeding, driving without a seatbelt, dropping litter, being too noisy, protesting, filming police officers, organising 'illegal' parties etc etc etc.....
The reason they do this is to create revenue. Policy enforcers are also revenue collectors. They are there to make money for the company they work for, the government.
I find it funny that a judge sits on a Bench in a court (also a place of business, a corporation there to make money). Bench in Latin means Bank.

There is so very much more to this and I seriously urge all here to take a good look at it. Alot of peole are seeing it as potentially humanities salvation.
